The Fruits of my Labor

Tonight I gathered a large amount of strawberries,enough to fill my extra large bowl,probably well over 15 cups .
They have been producing exceptionally well.
I have enough to make a batch of jam with the promise of half as many to be ripe again tomorrow.


They are so tasty and juicy,so red and shiny!
Jewel is a fantastic June berry.

Here is a video of one of my favorite strawberry jam recipes,it is so simple and it has the added twist of candied ginger!
